TM: Okay lets get this said right out of the gate, Ryan Reynolds is hot and every woman has wanted to be Sandra Bullock for years.
AR: Agreed!
HD: Yep, agreed, now we can pay attention to the movie.

HD: I think it was cute and funny and somewhat romantic but could have had a little more of the romance. Instead of a Rom-Com I thought this was a Com-Rom lol
AR: But I loved the comedy!
HD: Me too but, just need a little more in the Romance department to sell it I think.
TM: I agree it was more comedy than romance but I loved how the romance was suddenly shoved down our throats.

AR: She really did a great job playing a bitch!
HD: Yes she did.
TM: I think I’ve been her at an earlier stage in my life.
HD: Haven’t we all had those moments in life?
AR: I am still in mine!

HD: There were a lot of amazing scenery shots.
TM: Makes me want to book a trip to Alaska right now!
AR: It would make a great video for Alaska tourism

TM: I want her body! Sandra Bullock has an amazing body!
HD: Agreed, she is in great shape!
AR: Well I believe they both were in great shape. I can’t imagine the pressure of having to be naked on film, big screen film!
TM: Even on a 10 inch monitor I wouldn’t want to do it.

HD: I think Betty White stole the show. Her comedic timing is still as wonderful as ever. She to me was the star of the film!
AR: She does still have it! We love you Gammy!
TM: For anyone that was ever a Golden Girls fan, go see this movie because you will appreciate the humor if nothing else.

AR: Overall I give it 4 1/2 stars, I would recommend it to everyone.
TM: I give it 5 stars, I would recommend it to everybody and go see it again & again!
HD: I give it 4 stars, I think it is a cute movie that I would have no problem seeing again but only 1 more time in theaters after that I would catch it on “On Demand” or Netflix.

We all agree that it was funny. We also all three agree that Sandra and Ryan played beautifully off of one another. Great chemistry but it was a little hard to believe that Sandra was supposed to be a “cougar” type and so much older than Ryan. And yes, as you can see above if nothing else go see it for Betty White’s performance!

You would think a movie with Denzel Washington & John Travolta would be a great one to see…..

And you would be correct. Not one time did I let my mind flow to what I need from the stop at Wal-Mart I was making after the movie. My mind was in the movie the whole time. It had some action, it had emotion and it had a great storyline for the main characters. There wasn’t too much action to make it hated by women. Equally, there wasn’t too much emotion to make it not loved by men. Perfect combination of both and very well developed characters!
