I’ve had a few emails and such from friends that want my opinion…not sure why but…well here it is.

I think she was a mediocre driver from the other series. Did okay but not stellar. She’s great publicity for the sport of NASCAR but…. is she only great because she’s a woman. I would LOVE to have more women drivers, women crew chief but not for publicity sake….for talent and driver sake. Juan Pablo got a lot of press but not as much as Danica and he was a flippin’ winner winner chicken dinner kind of driver outside of NASCAR. I’m not saying she isn’t talented, I’m not saying she is….I don’t watch that much racing outside of NASCAR/stock car racing but just like everyone else (Dario/Juan Pablo/Max/Etc) it will soon be what she does in NASCAR that will tell NASCAR fans how talented she is….if they still care and aren’t sick of hearing about her by then to even try to care.

If they continue to over publicize her and make races with 40 or so other drivers in it only about her….people will start to dislike her and hold her up to a different standard. Dale Jr. knows how it feels to be expected to win every race and do well in everything or he’s a failure. I believe if this all continues the way it has that it will be another case of where people don’t take time to see if they want to support her or not because they feel she was shoved down their throats and that alone makes them want to dislike her. Especially here at the beginning of the season when everyone has been waiting to catch a glimpse, some news or anything on their favorite driver and if their favorite driver isn’t Dale Jr., Mark Martin, Jimmie Johnson or after the Shootout….Kevin Harvick then your almost out of luck. And when they can’t get news on their favorite driver but they get Danica all day and night….the dislike starts before ever giving her a chance.

So I wish her well. I hope she will end up being something good for the support besides a headline and I’m going to hold off my opinion on her until I actually see her race a few times….but then again if the Nationwide races turn out like the Arca race that was really the Danica race and missing shots of wrecks because they weren’t close enough to her…I may do what I did with that race and turn it off and decide to watch Tivo.

I suggest they find a sponsor that will aford NASCAR the ability to have Pitcommand and such for Nationwide so that us fans that would like to follow other drivers can…..then again I’ve had that suggestion for a few years now.

So there is my opinion that really doesn’t matter but whatever…..here it is lol :)

Okay the beginning has us laughing and drooling over the gratitious shirtlessness lol Enjoyable but seems a little more stage played than it needs to be

Rozlyn is pretty. Love the definition of her name “Little Rose”. Cheesy bumpy ride line but expected it.

Emily is pretty and looks totally smitten. She’s adorable! Green is her color.

Poor Ali losing her voice! The peacock feather was hilarious and creative.

Jessie, looks like another perky Canadian lol He didn’t seem to laugh at her “guns” joke either. We laughed but at his non-laughing.

Tenley… cute and sincere

Ella…way over played. Come on Tennessee girl!

Kathryn is adorable and a nice opening line.

Catilyn…LOVE her dress! Okay she went straight for the uniform line.

Elizabeth…was cute….we knew it was a double sided quarter…cheesy but she half pulled it off.

Alexa….best opening line so far. Creative and fun. Dress was a bit sluttYYYY but..

Indiana….really? Sounds like a hoochie already.

Corrie, totally caught him off guard! Funny play on her hometown.

Kimberly….good for her and her sports analogy.

Valishia…great appropriate dress. And great opening. You can tell he likes the more appropriately dressed girls.

Gia…seems superficial but won’t judge to hard yet.

Elizabeth 2…blew her cuteness with her answer and question. lol Best laid plans

Channy was so nervous and cute and WHAT is she wearing?

Ashley…cute. Great opening and creative! Very creative!

Tiana…never start with don’t think this is crazy.

Christina…was cute until she seemed a bit snotty. He was touched at first and it seemed to turn quickly lol She went from being sweet to catty!

Ahsleigh…hoochie walks make you fall. But he did check out her butt.

Kirsten…does she have multiple personalities…her best friend wants to share with him?

Stephanie…Is it just me or do several of these girls have the same dress just different colors? First dance

Sheila…really…the aviators? He looks much better than she did. I’m not sure he picked up on the pair of aviators.

Michelle looked as if she may already be drinking. Very pretty but the messy hair looks a little under the dress code.

More to come!

Today’s topic is the possible reality show involving Michael Jackson’s kids…

Are you kidding me?!?! Those kids have been through enough don’t you think? I know that money makes the world go around but do these kids not have 1 person in their lives that are concerned more about them than the money that they can bring to the family?

Every move these kids ever make as kids or adults will be followed and documented. Mistakes out there for the world to see and feel the need to judge them on it. Their only protective barrier is if they can say, I just want you to leave me alone and I didn’t ask for this but the minute they become part of a reality show they no longer can say that because now the world has been invited into their worlds.

Michael Jackson had fans, his kids haven’t shown a talent yet so they don’t have fans. Let them create their own personality and world before putting them out there on stage (be it TV or any other stage).

I believe this is a sad, sad mistake. Will I watch? Probably but do I think I would make the same choice for these children, no I don’t think I could.

This review sums up how we at N2Fan feel as well. The comedy was funny, the drama was fun and dramatic and everything seemed to easily fall into place! Let’s hope the coming episdoes keep it that way! Make sure to let USA and all the polls on sites such as EW.com & TVGuide.com know how much you liked (or disliked) the show!

New series ‘White Collar’: Slick and smart. What did you think?

Slick and smart, White Collar’s first episode struck me as charming escapism. It fits the USA Network’s business plan of sunny crime-solving shows — Burn Notice; Royal Pains — but it didn’t come off like a show conceived as a cynical ratings ploy. Instead, the brisk pace and easygoing chemistry between White Collar’s stars, Matt Bomer and Tim DeKay, is something that can’t be faked for very long. These guys just seem to work well together.
If you buy the premise — that Bomer’s Neal Caffrey is a master con man and thief whose abilities are fully equal to DeKay’s first-class FBI guy Peter Burke — then you buy the show. The merits of White Collar can’t be ascribed just to movies that have been popping up in many other reviews (Spielberg’s Catch Me If You Can, most frequently), but goes back at least as far as the Paul Newman-Robert Redford flick The Sting. It’s the pleasure of seeing pros do their thing with panache, while ribbing each other and tweaking the audience.
Bomer arrives with a lot of fan goodwill from his stint on Chuck. And those hardy few of us who watched HBO’s sorely under-viewed 2007 series Tell Me You Love Me know what a fine dramatic actor McKay is. (And I’m tellin’ ya, folks — you missed a whole lotta Sonya Walger that they’ve never shown on Lost or FastForward.)
I’m not saying White Collar is instant-classic TV. Created by Jeff Eastin, it’s fun, and occasionally more than fun, as when Neal tries coming on to Burke’s female FBI colleague only to discover she’s gay and says, “Don’t you guys have some rule about that?” To which Burke replied, “Yeah: We don’t ask, we don’t care.”
That’s the kind of line that could keep me caring for White Collar. Add Tiffani Thiessen as Burke’s wife and Willie Garson from Sex and the City as Neal’s shady pal, and it’s a no-brainer can’t-miss.
Did you watch? What did you think?

As most of you know by now we here at N2Fan are very big Nate Berkus fans! So everyone make sure to tune into Oprah today as Nate will be on!

Hotchner is getting his butt kicked in all areas. I don’t understand the whole come down on him by the higher ups especially given his situation! It was his job that put him and his family in danger! Helloooo! But us Derek Morgan fans are  happy to know we’ll be seeing more of him, looking forward to how Hotchner does at following as well as how well the other’s do at following a new leader even if it is one of their own!

Penelope is still such a delightful and entertaining character on the show! She has the best lines just about every week.

So how does everyone feel about the change in the bosses cap?

Mercy-isn’t getting much better if it wasn’t for James Tupper most of our friends would not still be watching! It’s kind of hard to get into a show when you can’t stand the lead character!

SVU-Oh my what a great job Scott Foley did! Wonderful storyline!

Gossip Girl-is getting jucier, yes for a teen type show lol It’s getting better this season instead of going the other way as it did last year.

Trauma-is not disappointing. It is full of action and emotion, but mostly action! lol Blowing things up and saving people is super cool. Another case though of not really liking the lead female character but at least I’m warming up to her.

NCIS/NCIS:LA-They are mediocre at  best. Great casting for both shows is what is saving them this year to me. And I love NCIS but it’s not keeping me energized like it normally does. I hope the season gets better! NCIS:LA is just another catch the bad guys show, if it weren’t for the casting in this one I would have stopped middle of the first episode.

GhostWhisperer-I love the fast forward into their lives, one season of the Jim/Sam saga was just right and now this year we get to go deeper in all directions! This past week’s episode was more than a bit of juicy ghostly goodness!

The story below from Zap2It.com should be a lesson to other’s traveling out of Hollywood to film their shows/movies outside of Hollywood, especially in southern states.

‘Vampire Diaries’: Four stars arrested for disorderly conduct

By Brill Bundy

September 11, 2009 11:41 AM

ninadobrev_mugshot_290.jpgThe CW’s hot new show “The Vampire Diaries” shoots in Georgia and as the young stars are learning: what you can get away with in Los Angeles doesn’t fly in the Peachtree State.

On Aug. 22, a motorist traveling through the I-75 intersection phoned police and reported that several kids were hanging off a bridge and “flashing” drivers, reports RadarOnline.

When the police arrived they found “Vampire Diaries” stars Nina Dobrev, Candice Accola, Kayla Ewell and Sara Canning — along with another actress, Krystal Vayda — and photographer Tyler Shields in the middle of a photo shoot that they said was for The CW show.

Officers inspected the photos taken and found that they included the young women participating in some risky behavior. Nothing salacious, more just sitting on the bridge, straddling the bridge and, oh, yeah, one where one of them was being hanging off the bridge and being held be her legs as if she was going to be thrown over.

Everyone was taken in and booked for disorderly conduct. The photographer shelled out $4000 in fines.

It was a soggy season, as it rained on race day or throughout the race weekends at almost all of the tracks NASCAR’s Sprint Cup Series competed on this year during the Race to the Chase!

While some say Brian Vickers stole it at the last moment from Kyle Busch and Matt Kenseth, maybe Kyle put it best that it was much earlier in the season when the points needed were lost. It isn’t about one race as for who makes it in, the mistakes and glories of all season put the final 12 into place. And, who are those final 12….

1. Mark Martin
2. Tony Stewart
3. Jimmie Johnson
4. Denny Hamlin
5. Kasey Kahne
6. Jeff Gordon
7. Kurt Busch
8. Brian Vickers
9. Carl Edwards
10. Ryan Newman
11. Juan Pablo Monotoya
12. Greg Biffle

We think that maybe the bigger story here is Stewart Haas Racing getting both cars into the Chase. Good luck to all 12 in the last 10 races of the Sprint Cup season, now let’s sit back and watch as some lose their luck and some find a last minute lucky streak!

Who do you think will win the Sprint Cup Championship this year? Discuss it with other fans HERE
